Buyer Agency Services Overview...

Buyer Agency is defined as a principal-agent relationship in which the broker is the agent for a buyer, with fiduciary responsibilities to the buyer. What does that mean? It means that as a buyer's agent we are tied to our client, the buyer, and that all of our loyalties are to the buyer.  The buyer agency relationship is similar to that of an attorney and their client, in which case, the attorney represents and guides the client through a legal procedure.  In the same way, buyer agent’s represent and guide their clients through a real estate transaction looking out for the client’s interests throughout the entire process. 

Buyer agency allows us to negotiate more effectively allowing for a more favorable outcome for our client.  Additionally, buyer agency allows us to examine the details of an investment opportunity with a fine tooth comb and to give guidance to our investors that we could not give under a normal sub-agency relationship.
